How we measure progress
At the start we agree a few measures that matter to your business, such as cost per part, material price, on-time delivery, scrap or launch milestones. We write down how each one is calculated and which of your systems it comes from.
That shared starting point makes progress easy to see and fair to judge. Your team keeps the reports and the method when the work is done.
