Why it matters

A great design only pays off when it reaches volume on time, at the right cost and quality.

We help you bring new products and variants from design to stable production. That means a launch process that fits your size, designs that are easy to make, suppliers who are ready on time, and a ramp-up that goes to plan. It also means getting ready for new markets, with the customers and quality requirements that come with them.

  • Right-sized launch process and gate reviews
  • Design for manufacture and assembly
  • Supplier readiness for launch
  • New customer and market requirements
